1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Ihnner application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Use License
Permission is granted to download and use the Ihnner application for personal, non-commercial use only. Under this license you may not:
• Modify or copy the application or its content
• Use the application for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the application
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the application to another person
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Ihnner at any time.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their permission
6. Reports, Blocking, and Content Filtering
You may report other users for harassment, spam, inappropriate content, fake profile, or other reasons through the profile menu. We review reports and may take action, including warning, content removal, or suspension or termination of accounts. You may block other users; when you block someone, they will not appear in your discovery, matches, or messages, and they cannot contact you through the Service. We use automated and manual content filtering to prevent inappropriate language in profiles and messages; content that violates our standards may be rejected or removed. We may unmatch or remove connections when necessary for safety or policy compliance.
7. Matching and Connections
The Service facilitates connections between users based on compatibility assessments and preferences. We may use location (city or optional GPS coordinates) to calculate and display approximate distance between users and to show location and distance on profiles when you have enabled these features. You can control how your location is used and shown in Settings → Matching & Discoverability, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee matches or successful connections. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
8. Disclaimer
The materials within the Ihnner application are provided on an 'as is' basis. Ihnner makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ihnner or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Ihnner or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
10. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing in Ihnner's application may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Ihnner does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. Ihnner may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.
11. Links to Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Spotify). Ihnner has not reviewed all linked sites and is not responsible for their contents. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Ihnner. Use of any such linked website or service is at the user's own risk.
12. Modifications to Terms
Ihnner may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings (Settings → Account Info → Delete Account). Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
14. Governing Law
These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
15. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.ihnner.com/privacy-policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
